    Introduction

Leadership is a fundamental aspect of any society. It begins at home and extends into communities, institutions, and workplaces. Without effective leadership, organizations and societies often struggle to meet their goals.

    Definition

Leadership is the process of guiding and directing the activities of others to achieve specific objectives. It involves influencing people to willingly work towards shared goals.

Leaders exist in all societies, age groups, and cultures. Effective leaders gain the voluntary cooperation of others. In business, strong leadership is crucial; poor leadership can lead to failure, regardless of resources or talent.
